WillPower is a habit tracker. It is not a medical device and nothing in the app or on this site is medical, psychological or nutritional advice.

The app encourages deliberately difficult activities, and some of the examples it suggests — cold exposure, fasting, intense exercise — carry real risk for some people. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, a history of disordered eating, diabetes, or any other medical condition, talk to a qualified professional before taking any of it up. You are responsible for what you choose to do.

Your Data

The app stores everything locally on your device. You are responsible for your own backups; uninstalling the app deletes the data and we hold no copy to restore. See the privacy policy for the detail.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to disrupt this website or its waitlist — automated submissions, scraping at volume, or anything intended to degrade service for others. The waitlist form is rate limited and abuse will be blocked.

The Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is a request to be told about the launch. It is not a purchase, does not reserve anything, and creates no obligation on either side. Launch dates and features described on this site are intentions, not commitments, and may change.

Intellectual Property

The WillPower name, app, this site and its content belong to their respective owner. You may quote and link to the articles with attribution; do not republish them wholesale.

Liability

The app and this site are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of either — including loss of habit data, which is why the point about backups above is worth taking seriously.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
